Sarah Polley as Selma in Beowulf & Grendel“I find that the environment on the set is collectively probably the hardest that I’ve ever seen people have to work” said Sarah Polley who completed her filming on Beowulf & Grendel last week. “The only thing I can honestly compare it to is The Adventures of Baron Munchausen when I was eight, and that was, I think, three times harder than this, but nothing has come close till this in terms of sheer demented ambition”. Sarah goes on to describe Iceland as a magical place with beautiful landscape that keeps the hard working cast and crew sane. See the whole interview with Sarah in the documentary Wrath Of Gods.
